Adam Kosterka is Interim Director of Converge, Scotland’s springboard for university innovators, helping staff, students and recent graduates of all Scottish Universities and Research Institutes turn their ideas, creativity and research into commercially viable and sustainable businesses.
Converge works in close collaboration with Scotland’s universities, supporting our most innovative thinkers on their entrepreneurial journey by giving them the tools, guidance, road maps, networks and funding to help them grow faster and achieve greater success.
Adam joined Converge in 2017, becoming Deputy Director in 2021 and Interim Director in August 2024. As part of his remit, Adam oversees all aspects of Converge operations including finance and programme delivery and leads the organisation’s overall strategic development.
Adam holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University and recently completed an MBA in Global Leadership Training at Heriot-Watt University.
