Someone who felt the fear but did it anyway is Converge alumna, Caroline Barelle, CEO of leading biotech company, Elasmogen.  In our latest podcast, Caroline tells us about her incredible business journey including the catalyst that propelled her into the world of business – being made redundant from a large global pharma company. 

Job stability in Caroline’s experience doesn’t really exist anyway – so speaks someone who worked as a Post Doc for many years and whose next ‘stable’ job ended in redundancy after the company was swallowed up by a bigger, larger competitor. In fact, according to Caroline, being her own boss is the most stable job she’s had for years.
